Webb17 juli 2014 · The loading screen gets to about two thirds, stalls for several minutes, then launches to the end and crashes with a fatal error. EDIT: Okay, without Master Control Story Progression, the game loads fine. No corruption, errors, or anything. The MCSP specifically has a weird version number compared to the others on the same download site. WebbI'm having the same problem. I just installed a new HDD on my MAC, updated it and reinstalled the sims 3 + a bunch of expansion packs and stuff packs and now it keeps crashing. My game has been a little bit buggy for awhile, but now I can't play for more than 10 mins without it crashing. This is so frustrating!!!!

Webb30 jan. 2024 · The most common cause I've seen for this kind of crash is installing the Master Controller Progression module without also installing Story Progression.
