Once I put the right headphone into the case and it feels to be in properly you would think it would be charging. But as you can see on the iphone it doesn't charge until the headphone jiggled around a little bit.

Just bring your pbp with receipt to your nearest apple store/service center and they will diagnose it for you and if it is beyond repair then for sure they will replace you with a new pair.
