WebIf it's a paper server make sure fix-curing-zombie-villager-discount-exploit is set to false. It's some kind of spigot/bukkit, but I don't have adminitrator access and if admin done this on purpose then I think he won't change it back. Probably just the server restricting trade discounts. My SMP server does the same thing.
