Webtl;dr - you want to avoid the quest bug. For any new character moving forward (in-current S2), Season 3 and beyond, across all difficulties, the first time you complete the quest and slay Andariel, you want to leave the game immediately to NON-BUG. From there, return to the game, talk to Warriv and head east.
