WebJun 2, 2024 · 2. yoo a little late, i just had this issue and fixed it! open up the blcmm editor and load the ucp. click tools and go to 'set up game for mods'. once in, check if 'Hexedit' is active/installed. if it is, revert it and re-activate it, if not then activate that ♥♥♥♥! save to the patch.txt file and run BL2 :) #5.
