WebThe BookPatch does a great disservice to their customers. I had them print two books of mine and they charged me more in shipping and handling than the items cost. WebThe Book Patch is high quality for a reasonable price. I've been using TBP since 2015 and I've always received books of high fidelity and quality. Their system for building books is the best I've used (compared to Amazon and Nook). Their customer service is excellent, and they truly consider your needs when assisting.

The reason is their instructions are 4-5 years old and they CANNOT handle a .pdf created by current revs of software on a MAC using Word 365.
